Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
*Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation fee up to 1 hour session rate. No-shows (clients who fail to arrive for their appointment within 15 minutes after start time without prior notice) will be charged the full price/session credit(s) for the scheduled service. (Being appointment only, If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session without prior contact or notice your therapist is not obligated to stay and wait)
How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly by phone at (602) 345-0678 or by email at Info@SongKaiMassage.com or by logging into client portal 24/7 (until 24 hours prior to start time).
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

Song Kai Massage offers various therapeutic services that may be eligible for payment through Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). You can use your HSA funds directly to pay for our services. Here’s how:

- Obtain a Prescription: If required, obtain a prescription or a letter of medical necessity from your doctor. This document should specify that massage therapy is necessary for your treatment and should include the diagnosis and recommended frequency of the massages.
3. **Book Your Appointment**
- Schedule Online: Book your appointment through our website. Choose from our various services such as Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sport Massage, Table Thai, and more.
4. **Payment Process**
- Pay Online: All payments must be made online when booking your appointment. We now accept HSA debit cards, so you can use your HSA funds directly at checkout.
- Save Your Receipt: After payment, you will receive a digital receipt that includes the type of service provided, the date, and the amount paid. This receipt is necessary for reimbursement if required by your HSA provider.
5. **Submit for Reimbursement (if applicable)**
- Submit Your Receipt: If your HSA provider requires reimbursement rather than direct payment, submit the receipt along with the prescription or letter of medical necessity to your HSA provider. Follow your provider’s submission process.
6. **Using HSA Without Reimbursement**
- Direct HSA Payments: If you prefer, you can use your HSA funds directly without seeking reimbursement. Simply pay for your services using your HSA debit card during the checkout process online.
7. **Track Your Reimbursements**
- Keep Records: Maintain copies of all documentation submitted to your HSA provider for your records. This includes receipts, prescriptions, and any correspondence with your provider.

Memberships are available on a monthly basis, offering a set amount of 60-minute massage session per month.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If a member is more than 15 minutes late without contact, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the session will be used.
5. Expiration and Rollovers
Memberships do not expire. Unused sessions will roll over to the following month. However, any unused sessions will expire 90 days after a cancellation.
6. Transferability
Membership sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
7. Refund Policy
There are no refunds for unused sessions. Unused sessions will expire 90 days after cancellation.
8. Health and Safety
All members must complete an intake form prior to their first session to ensure safety and suitability for massage therapy.
9. Conduct Guidelines
Therapists reserve the right to terminate a massage session if inappropriate behavior occurs. Members are expected to maintain a respectful demeanor during sessions.
10. Changes to Membership
Prices are subject to change. However, if a member maintains their membership without cancellation, the current pricing will be honored.
Payment Plan: Payment for the program is divided into 4 monthly installments.
Unused Sessions: Any unused monthly sessions will not be lost but can be carried over to subsequent months within the program duration.
Cancellation Policy: If the program is canceled, clients have 90 days from the cancellation date to use any remaining massages.
Appointment Scheduling: Massage appointments are subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slots. Clients in program will receive priority scheduling.
Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of the program.
Refunds: Refunds for partially completed programs are not provided. However, clients may be eligible for a refund of unused sessions if the program is canceled and unused within 48 hour.
Program Extensions: Program extensions may be available upon request, subject to approval and additional fees.
Health Considerations: Clients are responsible for informing their massage therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before each session.
Terms and Conditions: Clients are required to review and agree to the program's terms and conditions before enrollment.
Changes to the Policy: Any changes or updates to the program policy will be communicated to clients in advance.
