Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling requests can be made through the Vagaro app or online client portal, by phone, text, or email.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the scheduled session being forfeited.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If you arrive late, no time will be added to your appointment, and the appointment will end at its originally scheduled time.
Arriving 15 minutes late without notifying Song Kai Massage is considered a no-call/no-show.
No-call/no-show appointments will result in the scheduled session being forfeited.
Rebooking Fees
Instead of forfeiting the scheduled session, the following rebooking fees are available:
- Late Cancellation: $40 per scheduled hour
- No-Call/No-Show: $50 per scheduled hour
To qualify for the applicable rebooking fee, the replacement appointment must be scheduled for a date within 30 days of the original appointment.
If a third-party voucher will expire before the rescheduled appointment, the client will also be responsible for any applicable price difference required to honor the voucher at the time of the new appointment.

Policy Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment with Song Kai Massage, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
Song Kai Massage accepts payments using Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) as well as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
(If you DO NOT plan to seek reimbursement simply use your HSA or FSA Debit Card to purchase your Sessions, Packages, and Memberships.)

Third-Party Price Match
First-time clients may receive a direct price match for eligible third-party promotional offers. Proof of current offer or price paid is required at time of booking. Booking directly provides access to additional appointment availability that may not be available through third-party offers. Price matching is not available to returning clients.
Membership Disclosure
Memberships renew automatically each month using the payment method on file until canceled.
Memberships may be canceled at any time by emailing Info@SongKaiMassage.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately upon request.
If a membership ends due to a failed payment, the 90-day expiration period for any remaining prepaid sessions begins on the date of the first failed payment for that billing cycle.
Unused prepaid membership sessions roll over while the membership remains active. When a membership is canceled, any remaining prepaid sessions expire 90 days from the cancellation date.
Membership benefits, including discounted pricing, priority booking, and member-only benefits, end immediately when the membership is canceled or expires. Remaining prepaid sessions may still be used during the applicable 90-day period, but membership benefits no longer apply.
Memberships may be paused for up to 3 months per 12-month period at no cost. Membership benefits are not available while the membership is paused, and standing appointments cannot be held during the pause.
Memberships are non-transferable except that membership sessions may be shared with a spouse or child under 18.
Members may switch between membership tiers without penalty.
Additional sessions are available at the applicable per-session rate for the member's active tier.
All appointments booked using membership sessions remain subject to Song Kai Massage's Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
