Song Kai Massage does not bill insurance directly. At this time, we only support out-of-network (OON) reimbursement. In-network billing is not currently offered, but this may change in the future.
Clients may seek reimbursement if their insurance plan includes out-of-network massage therapy benefits.
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking (FSA/HSA Accepted). If you plan to submit for insurance reimbursement, no discounts, memberships, packages, promotions, or special pricing may be applied. Insurance reimbursement requires the full, undiscounted service rate.
*Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your insurance provider.*
